Where to stay

Where to Stay in Maubisse and Mount Ramelau

Accommodation in the highlands is basic and limited. The historic Pousada de Maubisse, long the obvious choice, closed in 2024, so most travellers now use small guesthouses in Maubisse or homestays in Hato Builico at the foot of Ramelau.
