Quick answer · as of October 2026
Dili has almost all the restaurants: Timorese food at Agora Food Studio and Dilicious, specialty coffee at Letefoho, and grilled fish at the waterfront stalls every evening. Outside Dili, most travellers eat at their guesthouse, with a few good local restaurants in Baucau, Maubisse, Lospalos and on Atauro. Most kitchens close by about 9 pm.
